Aliecia Taormina, CCEP, CCA

Aliecia Taormina has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Her previous roles include Payroll Manager, Business Manager, Compliance Officer, and Senior Compliance Manager for the corporate office of a Fortune 300 Prime Contractor. Aliecia is currently the Director of Client Services for LCPtracker. Aliecia has extensive expertise in the various nuances of prevailing wage and Davis-Bacon compliance. She holds a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional certification with the SCCE and a Contract Compliance Administrator certification from the ACCA.

Lois Goeser is the Account Services Assistant Manager for LCPtracker​, Inc and is incredibly experienced in Prevailing Wages, having previously worked for a Fortune 200 company.​  Lois is passionate about helping clients with setting up and utilizing LCPtracker for their workforce needs. ​She brings 17+ years of construction experience as a Business Manager, Payroll Manager, Business Analyst and Project Manager.  Lois holds the certification as a Project Manager Professional (PMP).

Wendy Ortman, Senior Project Manager

Wendy Ortman is a Senior Project Manager for Naylor Construction Consulting and has over 10 years of project management experience, spanning multiple industries. Wendy works with clients to navigate complex agreements that govern wage determinations and the nuances of working with projects bound by a PLA, CWA, Prevailing Wage, or a combination. She currently works with a team at NCC that is responsible for the set up and management of certified payroll systems, review of certified payroll for wage compliance, and workforce reporting on over $2 Billion in public projects in WA State.

Marisa Van Wie

Marisa Van Wie, Owner and CEO of Naylor Construction Consulting

Marisa Van Wie is the Owner and CEO of Naylor Construction Consulting, a woman-owned and operated firm that specializes in wage compliance. Marisa founded NCC in 2018 and has since secured contracts for over $2 Billion in public projects in Washington State. She heads a team that helps clients set up and manage their project’s specific compliance obligations. Likewise, she puts her expert-level knowledge to work to provide in-depth trainings on the intricate details at play for projects with multiple agreements. Whether a project is governed by a PLA, CWA, Public Works, or Davis-Bacon, her team has the experience to set it up for success.”


Bridget O’Shea

Bridget O’Shea, Workforce and Supplier Diversity Compliance Manager with Lakeside Alliance

Bridget O’Shea, Workforce and Supplier Diversity Compliance Manager with Lakeside Alliance, builder of the Obama Presidential Center. Bridget has eight years industry experience. She has previously served as the Compliance Manager for the City of Chicago, and her experience extends to the private sector. Bridget serves as the Compliance subject matter expert in her current role on the DEI Team where we are intentional about expanding successful career opportunities in the union trades for historically underrepresented populations and achieving significant diverse workforce participation.

Brittney Johnson

Brittney Johnson, CTA’s Diversity Management and Prevailing Wage Systems Administrator

Brittney Johnson has been with the Chicago Transit Authority’s Diversity Programs Department since 2015. She manages a team of 7 that is responsible for the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, Small Business Enterprise, and Labor compliance programs at CTA. Brittney is the administrator of CTA’s Diversity Management and Prevailing Wage Systems and a subject matter expert. Fun fact, Brittney has taught English in 3 continents.


Brandy Phillips

Brandy Phillips, CTA Diversity Manager- Workforce Initiatives

Brandy has been with Chicago Transit Authority for 1 ½, she started during the Pandemic in 2021. She brings 7 years of labor compliance experience and over 20 years of workforce development experience. She manages a team of 2 Workforce Coordinators and her team is responsible for assessing workforce goals on CTA contracts and engaging with Contractors around tracking diversity, equity and inclusion efforts when attaining workforce requirements.

Jason Keller

Jason Keller, Assistant Director, Illinois Department of Labor

Jason Keller was appointed by Governor Pritzker as the Assistant Director of the Illinois Department of Labor in September of 2019. Prior to that he served as Legislative Director at the Illinois AFL-CIO for approximately 15 years. He considers it an honor to serve and protect workers in Illinois. Prior to serving as Legislative Director, Jason began on Illinois Senate Democratic staff under Senate President Emil Jones for three years, serving as staff for the Labor Committee.


Veronica Alanis

Veronica Alanis, Chief Operating Officer, Chicago Transit Authority

As Chief Operating Officer of the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), Veronica serves as the deputy to the CTA President. Her focus is day-to-day administration and operational elements of the Authority.Veronica has 23 years of government experience — thirteen of those with the CTA. While at CTA, Veronica has led various departments including Government and Community Relations, Real Estate, Business Development, Supply Chain, and Diversity Programs. She also previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief of Staff.
