Lenyne Hickson, Arizona DOT, Construction Group Manager, Field Reports
“ADOT has been working with the LCPtracker System since early spring 2008 and currently processes approximately 14,000 certified records a year with over 690 contractors and subcontractors signed up and using the system. We have 70+ administrators who monitor their projects and communicate with the contractors regarding fringes and missed, late or incomplete payrolls.

The FHWA National Review Team recently completed a review of Recovery Act (ARRA) projects currently underway in Arizona and expressed what an “exemplary job” Arizona is doing on the ARRA projects. They were very impressed with ADOT’s degree of automation incorporated into the documentation process. LCPtracker’s data collection makes any audit, smooth, quick, and painless because all of the necessary documentation is in one place with the click of a mouse! ADOT wished for an electronic system that could accommodate our volume. After a competitive bidding process we found a vendor who understands our requirements and is flexible to suit our needs.”

Roc Stacey, Nevada DOT, the manager in charge, had this to say:
“Our challenge was to implement a reliable and cost-effective system that would track payroll data. LCPtracker came through with flying colors. The cost of the service is insignificant. The benefit has been great. After a very short training period, we find our agency, the contractors and subcontractors are very pleased with the system. It has been a win-win situation for both the agency and the contractors.”

Stanley Jones, Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Texas
“I have been a user of LCPtracker for over 4 years now and wanted to let you know that your software has made my department at least 50% more efficient. With your latest upgrade, “i.e. Status Change”, I simply love the new features and I believe these new features will further enhance METRO’s productivity in Labor and Wage Compliance. Keep the enhancements coming, and thanks again for all of the support that I’ve received from your entire staff.”

Sal Soto, New Mexico DOT, Former Deputy Bureau Chief
“Since the search began by the Office of Equal Opportunity Programs (OEOP) for the New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) for a software program that would provide the necessary data in Labor and Contract Compliance, LCPtracker has remained focused and precise on the processes and the timelines needed towards achieving the intended goal of having a user friendly, web-based driven program available to our vendors.

Once LCPtracker and NMDOT (the Agency) began the process to download the data, the guidance and response in questions this office has had remains excellent. When both parties were ready to enter contracts and include the contractors/vendors in the process, you provided excellent training, made personal appearances and presentations to all parties involved. To date, you remain committed in continuing the support to the Agency and Vendors alike.”

Christine Archuleta, New Mexico DOT
“In addition to using LCPtracker for NMDOT projects, it was decided to implement the LCPtracker software statewide for local government projects as well. This decision was based on the fact that LCPtracker is able to meet the federal reporting requirements for both FHWA and ARRA/Stimulus Projects.”

Linda Salas City Of Berkeley Housing Department:
LCPtracker is an online system whereby the contractor and their subs log on the payrolls required for Davis Bacon Wage monitoring. The online reporting eliminates the paper submittals and the system is designed to catch discrepancies as a condition to accepting the payroll information. This has been a great time and space saver. The system also provides an assortment of reports, many of which are required for HUD reporting. Mark Douglas at LCPtracker can better explain the benefits and also new reports they have added to their system.
